Odysee's Holocaust Denial Network: Faurisson, Reynouard, Zündel

Three of the most notorious Holocaust deniers of the twentieth century — Robert Faurisson, Vincent Reynouard, and Ernst Zündel — are all convicted criminals in France, Germany, and Canada for exactly this crime. All three share billing in a single French-language video on Odysee right now. That video has been live for months. Odysee's four employees cannot read French. The language barrier is not a bug. It is the shield.

The Deniers, Named

The French-language channel @leGrosMalin hosts a video titled "LA SOLUTION FINALE 2 - Faurisson - Reynouard - Hitler - Tepa - Zündel - Didi18 - Göring - Seibold88." The title is not subtle. "Solution Finale" is French for "Final Solution" — the Nazi euphemism for the extermination of European Jewry. The video names, in sequence:

• Robert Faurisson — French Holocaust denier, convicted six times under French law (Loi Gayssot, 1990) for denying crimes against humanity. Died 2018; his writings are still illegal to publish in France.
• Vincent Reynouard — French Holocaust denier, convicted multiple times, fled to Scotland in 2020 to evade French prosecution, extradited back to France in 2023. Currently serving sentences for denial.
• Ernst Zündel — Canadian- German denier, deported from Canada to Germany in 2005, served five years in German prison for incitement. Died 2017.
• Hermann Göring — Hitler's second-in-command, convicted at Nuremberg, committed suicide the night before his execution.

The suffix "Seibold88" is not a date — "88" in neo-nazi numerology stands for "HH," or "Heil Hitler." This is standard coded white-supremacist signaling. The same channel uploaded a second video, titled "FOU FURIEUX - Discours Adolf Hitler" ("Raving Mad - Adolf Hitler"s Speech"). Both are live. Neither has been actioned.

Spanish-Language Denial

The Spanish-language channel @ReactiveFactoryProject hosts two videos, both targeting Hispanic audiences:

• "Hitler Discurso" — a Hitler speech with Spanish translation.
• "FRAUDE illuminati. Hitler y el holocausto judio" — translates as "Illuminati fraud. Hitler and the Jewish Holocaust." The framing — Hitler + "fraud" + Holocaust — is textbook denial.

Odysee's largest Spanish-speaking markets (Spain, Mexico, Argentina) fall under national laws against Holocaust denial and incitement. No one at Odysee is reviewing this.

The Neo-Nazi Music Scene

Two channels are distributing white-power music tracks directly through Odysee:

Weekly Nazi Glorification, In English

Not all of the network hides behind a language barrier. The channel @gregoryconte runs a weekly English-language podcast series titled Prussian Socialism. Recent episode titles, all live:

• "Prussian Socialism 35 - The Hitlerputsch 100 Years" (commemorating the 1923 Beer Hall Putsch)
• "Prussian Socialism Episode 38: The German Mindset vs the English in Werner Sombart's 'Traders and Heroes'"
• "Prussian Socialism Episode 39: Nazi Hero Otto Ernst Remer on Plotting and Betrayal Against Hitler"
• "Prussian Socialism Episode 40: The Post-War Liberal Copes of Professor Friedrich Meinecke..."
• "Prussian Socialism Episode 41: The Beerhall Putsch Trial of Adolf Hitler and Erich Ludendorff 1924"

The series refers to a real Nazi general — Otto Ernst Remer, who suppressed the July 20th plot against Hitler — as a "Nazi Hero." The framing is not analytical. It is celebratory.

The Aggregator: @altmedia96

The channel @altmedia96 acts as a clearinghouse — 13 videos, 1,048 LBC staked, with titles including:

• "Adolf Hitler, the Man who fought the Bank"
• "Holocaust Debate - Mike Enoch vs History Speaks"
• "Christian evangelist talks to a neo-nazi satanist - James Mason / Bob Larson" (James Mason is the author of Siege, the foundational text of Atomwaffen and the accelerationist neo-nazi movement)
• "Nick Fuentes stream after Kanye West 'I love Hitler' comments"
• "Alex Jones calls Nick Fuentes 'Baby Hitler' for a very funny reason"

"Hitler, the man who fought the Bank" is a verbatim Nazi-era propaganda line rehashed by modern antisemites: it replaces "the Jew" with "the Bank," which the audience already reads as the same thing. The "Holocaust Debate" video gives denial a patina of legitimacy through the format — a rhetorical technique deniers have used since David Irving.

Why the Language Barrier Matters

Odysee has four employees. None of them are content moderators. None of them speak French, Spanish, German, or Hungarian at the level required to triage extremist speech. The platform has no automated detection for non-English content. The result is a deliberate architecture in which foreign-language hate speech is structurally invisible to the company that profits from it.

This is not theoretical. In France, Loi Gayssot (Article 24bis of the 1881 Press Law) makes Holocaust denial a criminal offense, punishable by up to one year in prison and a €45,000 fine. In Germany, Volksverhetzung (Section 130 of the German Criminal Code) criminalizes incitement to hatred and Holocaust denial. In Spain, Article 510 of the Penal Code prohibits glorification of genocide. France and Germany are Odysee's second and third largest traffic sources after the United States.

Odysee hosts content that would get its executives arrested if they walked off the plane in Paris or Berlin. The EU Digital Services Act (Article 16) requires hosting providers to act on notice of illegal content, and Article 17 requires a statement of reasons when content is kept up. Odysee has issued no transparency report and responded to no DSA notice that we can trace.

What Moderation Would Look Like

Detecting this content does not require novel AI. "1488," "Sonnenrad," "Heil Hitler," "White Power," "Aryan Rebels," and the surnames "Faurisson" and "Reynouard" are keyword matches a single regex could catch in under a second. The channel handles themselves — @NordicSunBudapest, @CrusherCorpsFUCKYoutube, @GLRYB2GD — would flag under any basic trust-and-safety review. Our own scanner, operating on a laptop, identified all of them in minutes.

Odysee chooses not to build that scanner. It chooses not to run that regex. It chooses to accept 5% of the tips flowing to these channels while publishing zero transparency data about any of it.

The Takeaway

Faurisson is dead. Reynouard is imprisoned. Zündel is dead. All three are, by the ruling of three different national courts, criminals for the very content @leGrosMalin celebrates in a single 2026 video title.

The people who made this content accountable are gone. The platform that still hosts it is not. That is the asymmetry Odysee has built its business on — and the one EU regulators, Cloudflare, and the payment processors routing tips to these channels should all be asked to look at directly.
