Named Cases

The People Odysee Won't Protect

Every number in our flagged-content dashboard represents a potential human harm. This register puts names — where the victim consents to being named — against that harm. It exists so the cost of Odysee's inaction is legible, and so other victims know they are not the first.

Bryan Flowers

Public

Case opened 2026-04-22

A 12-month-running harassment campaign on Odysee targeting Bryan Flowers (British businessman based in Thailand), his wife Punnipa, their 11-year-old son Anthony, his 73-year-old father, his brother, and several named business partners. The campaign uses a dedicated Odysee channel to publish serious-crime accusations — sex trafficking, child trafficking, child sexual abuse, money laundering, bribery, organised-crime leadership, drug trafficking — against a person who denies all of them and has obtained a criminal-defamation conviction against one of the accused perpetrators in Thai court.

Accused perpetrators

  • Adam Howell (Canadian; Dubai)
  • Andrew Drummond (UK)

Specific false accusations used in the harassment content

  • Sex trafficking and child trafficking
  • Child sexual abuse / "child pimp" framing
  • Money laundering
  • Bribery of officials
  • Leadership of a "Soi 6 Mafia" organised-crime group
  • Drug trafficking ("cannabis operations")
  • Evidence tampering

The victim denies every one of these. A Thai court has already convicted one of the accused perpetrators of criminal defamation on the record below.

Court outcomes on the record

  • Adam Howell was convicted of criminal defamation in Thai court on 28 August 2025.
  • Three additional criminal cases against the accused perpetrators are pending.

Timeline

  • Campaign ongoing since approximately April 2025 (12+ months as of publication).
  • 2025-08-28 — Adam Howell convicted of criminal defamation in Thai court.
  • 2026-04-22 — Formal DSA Article 16 notice served to Odysee (hello@odysee.com). Channel remains live.
  • 2026-04-22 — Case published on the OdyseeWatchdog Victims Register.
  • The @Soi6Whistleblower channel hosts approximately 85 videos, 78 transcribed audio clips. The victim's minor son Anthony is named in at least two of those videos alongside the false accusations — independent of the defamation claim, this meets every reasonable platform's child-safety threshold for removal.

Are you a victim of content on Odysee?

If you have been targeted by doxxing, false accusations, defamation, or coordinated harassment on Odysee, we can help you do three things:

  1. Document the evidence. We'll archive every URL targeting you with a timestamped independent copy, so the record survives even if Odysee eventually removes the content.
  2. Draft the reports. We'll compose the FBI IC3 complaint, the local-police report, and a cease-and-desist letter for your lawyer to send.
  3. Add your case here. With your consent, your case joins this register. You can be named, or redacted. Either way, you become part of a record that regulators and journalists increasingly pay attention to.
