OdyseeWatchdog collects minimal data, limited to what you voluntarily submit through our forms:

• Evidence submissions: Content title, Odysee URL, violation category, description, and optionally your email address.
• Newsletter subscriptions: Email address only (if this feature is enabled in the future).

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics.
• We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
• We do not track your browsing behavior on our site.

How Data Is Stored

Submitted data is stored securely in a Supabase database hosted in the United States (us-east-1 region). Supabase uses encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies restrict access to authorized administrators only.

How We Use Your Data

• Evidence submissions are reviewed for inclusion in our public flagged content database. If included, only the content title, Odysee URL, category, and flags are published. Your email and description are never published.
• Email addresses (when provided) are used solely to follow up if additional details are needed about a submission.

Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• Deletion of any data you have submitted.
• A copy of the data associated with your email address.
• Correction of inaccurate information.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) as part of their hosting infrastructure. See Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.
