July Delta — 1,763 New Flagged Items in 33 Days, Zero Removals

Every scan we run is merged against the previous baseline, so the dataset itself records what changed. This is the full accounting for the 33 days between our June 16 baseline and July 19: the scanner surfaced 1,763 newly flagged items across 201 previously unseen channels. In the same window, the number of previously flagged items that disappeared — the closest measurable proxy for Odysee enforcement — was zero.

Where the growth landed

Of the 1,763 new items, 640 carry at least one hard classification (the rest enter as "Under Review" pending the next pass). By category:

The channels that added the most flagged items in the window:

The stand-out is @Alchimie. This is not a new discovery — it is the French-language channel re-posting verbatim Hezbollah Resistance media that we documented in our June 2 investigation and listed on the public sanctions watchlist the same day. Hezbollah is EU-listed and UK-proscribed. Seven weeks after being publicly documented, the channel didn't just stay live — it added 40 more items, taking its total from 132 to 172.

This roundup is a snapshot, but the delta pipeline behind it now runs after every scheduled scan. The standing page at /whats-new always shows the latest per-scan delta — new items by category, new channels, highest-staked arrivals — regenerated twice daily.

Method note

The delta is computed by diffing the public dataset at the July 19 scan against the June 16 bot commit (scan_delta_report.py in the open-source scanner repo). "Zero removals" means no item present in the June 16 baseline was absent from the July 19 dataset. Items the sweep simply failed to re-surface would not disappear either — our retention policy only archives items unseen for 180 days, and nothing has aged out in this window.
