Odysee Says It Bans Pornography. We Found 62 Hardcore Videos, 15 With "Teen" in the Title, and a Channel With LBRY Written on Performers' Bodies
Published April 20, 2026 · OdyseeWatchdog Investigative Team
Odysee's Community Guidelines state the platform prohibits pornographic content. We searched the platform's own API and found 62 confirmed pornographic videos across 30 channels — including 15 with "Teen" in the title, a channel dedicated to producing porn with the LBRY cryptocurrency logo written on performers' bodies, and content with titles that should trigger immediate law enforcement referral.

The "Teen" Titles That Demand Investigation
Of the 62 pornographic items found, 15 include the word "Teen" in their titles. These come primarily from a single channel (@Porn) and include explicit sexual content descriptions paired with the word "Teen":
Warning: Actual video titles from Odysee (redacted where necessary)
• "Sexy Big A** Teen Loves [explicit]..."
• "Teen Fingers P**** To [explicit]..."
• "Hot Teen [explicit] Sex..."
• "Gorgeous Teen Rough [explicit]..."
Most concerning: from the @amateur-sex-porn-nsfw channel:
• "Young Teen Daughter Stripteases in Santa Outfit"
The last title is particularly alarming. Regardless of whether the actual content involves a minor, the deliberate use of "Young Teen Daughter" in a sexual context on a platform with no age verification, no content moderation team, and a 0% enforcement rate is a child safety red flag that warrants immediate referral to NCMEC's CyberTipline and law enforcement.
@girlsgonelbry: Porn as Platform Marketing
One of the most disturbing findings is the channel @girlsgonelbry, which published at least 10 pornographic videos with "LBRY" written on performers' bodies. Video titles include:
- "Original Porn for LBRY - Nude Girl has LBRY written on her b****"
- "Girl masturbates with LBRY written on her"
- "Why LBRY is better than youtube, nude porn girl shows you why"
- "Porn girl gone LBRY - Young girl with LBRY hoodie strips"
This channel was producing pornographic content explicitly branded with the platform's cryptocurrency. The LBRY name was literally written on performers' bodies as a form of platform marketing. This raises serious questions about whether the platform's operators were aware of — or involved in — using pornography to promote LBRY Credits.
30 Dedicated Porn Channels — On a Platform That "Bans" Porn
Our scan identified 30 channels publishing pornographic content, including channels with names that leave no ambiguity about their purpose:
These aren't accounts that occasionally post borderline content. They are dedicated pornography distribution channels with names like @Porn, @AnalSex, and @WEBCAMPORN operating openly on a platform that claims to prohibit this content. Their existence proves that Odysee's content moderation is not merely slow or overwhelmed — it is non-existent.
4 Employees, No Age Verification, No Detection
The porn problem is not separate from Odysee's other failures. It is the same root cause:
- 4 employees for 12.6 million monthly visitors — no capacity for content review
- No age verification — anyone can access the platform including minors
- No automated detection — not a member of GIFCT or any content safety consortium
- No NCMEC reporting — the platform does not appear in NCMEC CyberTipline transparency data as a reporting entity
- No transparency reports — zero disclosure of what content is reported, reviewed, or removed
Legal Exposure
Hosting pornographic content with "Teen" titles on a platform with no age verification creates significant legal exposure under multiple jurisdictions:
- US REPORT Act (2024): Requires platforms to report CSAM to NCMEC and retain related records
- UK Online Safety Act: Platforms must prevent children from encountering pornographic content
- EU Digital Services Act: Requires proactive measures against illegal content including CSAM
- 18 U.S.C. § 2257: Requires age verification records for all performers in sexual content
Odysee has made no public statement about compliance with any of these frameworks. With 4 employees and no content moderation team, compliance is not merely unlikely — it is structurally impossible.
The Bottom Line
A platform that hosts a US-designated terrorist organization, monetizes a wanted fugitive, enables year-long harassment campaigns against individuals, and has a 0% content removal rate also has 62 hardcore porn videos, 15 with "Teen" in the title, and a channel with the platform's cryptocurrency literally written on performers' bodies.
Odysee doesn't have a moderation problem. It has an everything problem. And the people running it have 4 employees and zero intention of fixing any of it.
